Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment has been completed, the order cannot be modified, canceled, or combined with other orders.
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
Once an order has been paid, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Raptor Liquidators is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, Raptor Liquidators is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
